This purchase was a journey! I spoke to these buyers for at least three years as they made their retirement dreams come true and bought their coastal home in Sneads Ferry near North Topsail Beach and Surf City! These beautiful and kind buyers got to retire and move to the place they have always wanted to be. They sold their home in Maryland, and I was able to help them with that as well, by referring them to a vetted agent in their area who did a phenomenal job getting their home of decades sold.
This new construction home was the last one in the neighborhood and has the space for a pool that is so important to the buyers! This was a new construction project that required me or the buyers to check it along the way, which was impossible for the buyers being in MD. I was happy to do it for them and even sent them some drone footage as it was being built!
The kitchen and cozy fireplace along with ample space upstairs from visiting adult children made this a perfect choice for these buyers. I’m so glad to know them and wish them many happy years in their new home!
